Job Role: Customer Support – Voice (Process Executive based on experience)

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 0 - 4 Years

Education: Any Graduate (Additional certifications in customer service are a plus)

Shift: US Shift Timings (24x7 availability required, no hybrid, 100% Work from Office)

✔ Assist Customers: Provide first-level support and resolve customer queries.

✔ Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and escalate complex technical issues when needed.

✔ Deliver Exceptional Service: Use positive communication, active listening, and empathy.

✔ Build Customer Trust: Handle concerns efficiently and ensure smooth resolutions.

✔ Maintain Records: Document customer interactions and track technical issues.

✔ Stay Updated: Keep up with product knowledge and industry trends.

✔ Continuous Learning: Participate in training programs to enhance skills.
